What we collect
If you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, project type, site address if you give one, and your message. If you use Share your experience, we receive your name, your email address and project if you give them, your message, and whether you allow us to show it on this website.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. We do not sell your information.
Third parties
Feedback sent through the Share your experience window is passed to our inbox by the form service FormSubmit. If you tick the box to let us show it, your name, project and message are kept on our website host until we approve it, and then appear in the Testimonials section. Your email address is never shown or stored there. You can ask us to remove your feedback at any time. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. If you book a meeting, a Google Calendar window opens on this page, or in a new tab if you choose that. Google runs that booking calendar and has its own privacy policy. It loads only when you choose to book.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email info@mikia.co.nz and we will respond.
